Mission Statement

The mission of the City of Whitehouse Fire Department is to pursue the highest levels of fire and life safety services for our community in order to minimize loss of life and property.  The City of Whitehouse Fire Department is organized to provide a highly trained, rapid response, fire rescue force to meet the needs of residents and visitors to one of the fastest growing areas in East Texas. These services include fire prevention, fire suppression, vehicle extrication, situational rescue, as well as, medical first response. The City of Whitehouse Fire Department is dedicated to providing top quality service through training and experience. We instill in our members to conduct themselves as role models and strive to become future leaders of the community in which they serve. 

Chief's Statement

Our growing Municipal Fire Department is comprised of 25 certified firefighters. All fire personnel have both Texas Commission on Fire Protection and the Texas State Department of Health Services certifications. In addition to meeting state standards our firefighters are continuously training to provide safe, efficient and innovative lifesaving skills in order to provide superior emergency services. Our commitment to teamwork and excellence is second to none.
