Be watching for sign-up information coming soon!
201 volunteers attended the 2019 Trash Off on April 6, 2019. This amazing group of 19 individual organizations collected a total of 4,295 pounds of litter and debris!
The roadways in the Whitehouse area are cleaner now thanks to 255 participants at the annual “Don’t Mess With Texas Trash Off” and “Great American Clean Up”, organized by Keep Whitehouse Beautiful. Nearly 59 miles of roadway have been cleared of trash! Some teams are still doing clean up, but to date nearly 200 trash bags of debris have been collected. All this trash totaled over 4,000 lbs. so far.
Participating teams make all the difference! Major teams participating from the community included: WHS Key Club & Student Council, WHS Nat. Honor Society, WHS Football Team, WJHS Builders Club, Brown NEHS and Higgins Elementary, WJHS Nat.
