Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
The City of Whitehouse is committed to ensuring that individuals with disabilities have equal access to City programs, services, activities, and facilities, in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.

Requesting Accommodations
The City of Whitehouse will make reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities to ensure access to City services, programs, meetings, and activities.

ADA Grievance Procedure
Any individual who believes they have been subjected to discrimination under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) or Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act may file a grievance with the City of Whitehouse.
Grievances should be submitted in writing and should describe the alleged discrimination, including the date, location, and nature of the issue.
